These general terms and conditions apply to www.amoment.com hosted by Natura Lab AS, referred to as “Natura Lab” or “we / us”. All prices are in USD including statutory VAT. The price applicable is the price stated the day the customer makes his/her order. We reserve the right to adjust prices.
Natura Lab AS sells supplements either as single purchases or in subscription based monthly deliveries according to the chosen delivery frequency. If you choose to subscribe there are no obligations or penalties if you choose to end the subscribtion agreement. The agreement consists of the information given on the website when ordering, as well as in these terms and conditions.
The agreement can only be entered by persons over the age of 18 years. Natura Lab is not responsible for ensuring this. Instead purchases made by customers under the age of 18, the responsibility lies within the legal guardian of the child. You are always responsible providing accurate information in connection to your order.
All product images are to be seen as illustrations. Natura Lab cannot guarantee that product appearance is exactly the same as the images on the website.

“Customer” is the person listed as buyer in the order. Name of Costumer will appear from the order confirmation. The Costumer is also referred to as “buyer”, “you”, “you”, “your” or “your”.
The “Service” refers to the subscription service. The “Product” is the item delivered to the subscription service.

Natura Lab AS
The agreement is binding for both parties when the order is received by the Seller. When an order is received, Seller will send an order confirmation to Buyer which contains the ordered Product (s), price and delivery interval. The buyer must check the order confirmation and immediately inform Seller if the order confirmation does not match the order. Attached to the order confirmation mail you will also recive these Terms and Conditions. The terms of the agreement may be subject to changes in special needs and / or public changes or orders. The agreement implies that you accept updated / amended agreement terms. New agreement terms will be announced on Seller’s website and / or attached to your next delivery.
When ordering, the Costumer can choose to enter into a monthly subscription agreement for the desired product, at the price and delivery interval as described while ordering and as stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to cancel your subscription you need to contact our customer service atleast within 14 days before the next scheduled delivery of your Product Termination can be made to customer service (see item 2) by phone, e-mail or letter. In case of late termination, you undertake to receive the next scheduled delivery in the Service before your subscription expires. Seller reserves the right to stop deliveries of the Product and cancel the Service if payment is made for two or more shipments or where Buyer can no longer be considered as creditworthy by Seller.
You can contact customer service at any time to pause, change or customize your subscription. You can also use our self-serviced online desk “My Page” to manage your product subscriptions at www.amoment.com.
Delivery of Product is by mail, directly to your mailbox (or by any other chosen or stated delivery method as described at checkout). Normally you will receive Product at first shipment within 3-10 days of ordering, and no later than 20 days after ordering, depending on which shipping option you choose. Subsequent products will be delivered as shown in the delivery order confirmation order, plus / minus 10 days depending on postal service.
You are entitled to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason for this. To be able to use the right of cancellation please inform us in an unambiguous way about your decision to leave the agreement (eg in a letter sent by mail or e-mail) to:

You can use a standardized cancellation form, which will follow the order confirmation you receive by email.In order to comply with the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the message that you will use the right of cancellation before the deadline expires. We make the refund with the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly stated otherwise.
Personal data and order details
All order details and personal data provided by the customer when ordering, are stored in Seller’s systems. Personal information and booking information are kept confidential in accordance with the l Data Storage Act. The information is used to manage and safeguard your customer relationship, including information about products, services and other benefits. Your personal information is not shared or disclosed to third parties, but may be used by Natura Lab. However, personal and booking information may be delivered by order from government agencies or in connection with credit check by Buyer as well as follow-up and recovery of unpaid claims. You have the right to understand what information is registered about you and may require them to be corrected. You undertake to notify Seller of any changes in your personal information that is relevant to the delivery of your product.
Natura Lab disclaims any liability regarding the careless use of the Product. The product is declared as a dietary supplement or cosmetic in accordance with Norwegian law, with all relevant regulations for the labeling and use of dietary supplements or cosmetics. Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should be stored dark, dry and not above room temperature. Food supplements should be stored out of reach of children. Nutritional supplements should not be used by pregnant and lactating people. Dietary supplements should not be used by persons under 18 years of age. Natura Lab advises anyone to consult a physician before using the Product, especially in cases where you are aware of existing or past illnesses or conditions or interfering medication. We may change the Product’s prescription (content, composition, brochures and packaging) without notice and without giving notice to the customer separately as long as the product’s new content has the similar effect as the Product originally delivered.
In case of changes in prescriptions that may endanger the effects of shellfish allergists, lactic / lactose allergy sufferers, gluten allergy sufferers, egg allergy sufferers and nut allergists, the Company is required to inform you in writing.
The product is a dietary supplement or a cosmetic product, the effect of which can be demonstrated through clinical studies, historical use, professional literature or truth quotes regarding individual ingredients, compound ingredients, or the product.
Dietary supplements or cosmetics have individual effects. The effect can not be guaranteed by individuals, and Natura Lab can not be held responsible for any financial, health or other conditions arising from the Product’s Impact on costumers use.
The prices stated when ordering, later reproduced in the order confirmation are valid for the agreement. Our card payment service provider “Stripe” will reserve the debt amount from your account if there is sufficient coverage for purchase. Settlement takes place when dispatching the current product. Receipt for purchase and order confirmation will be delivered to the specified e-mail address placed when ordering. Seller, in cooperation with Stripe, reserves the right to obtain credit information from Buyer when ordering, continuously through the customer relationship, and in the event of default of payment obligations. Upon credit request, a letter of return to Buyer will be credited by e-mail and / or letter. In case of late payment, purse fee accrues at the maximum permitted debt rate at the current time of collect.
We offer a 14 day return policy. The right of returning an order applies only if the product and the original packaging are in unaltered condition. The return period begins from the date the customer has received the product. In order to exercise the return policy, the customer shall notify Natura Lab according to our return policy. The package contains a return slip that you can use to return the goods to Natura Lab. If the customer does not use the return slip, the customer shall pay the return freight. The goods should be returned in their original packaging, as well as in the original condition, and a copy of the delivery note or invoice shall be attached where the customer will indicate which goods are returned. Cancellation forms can also be downloaded here. If goods that are not covered by the return policy are returned to Natura Lab and the customer wants to have the product re-dispatched, the customer will be charged up to 10 USD for this. If the customer does not respond to a new mail within 30 days, the right to the product is discarded. Returns may not be made by post or demand. If the goods have not arrived at Natura Lab 14 days after the customer has received the goods, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase. If you choose to return one or more products at promotional purchases where a product has followed the purchase, the free product must also be returned unopened. If you choose to keep the free product, we will charge for the product’s value.
